Q  What is the ideal shade coverage?
A  The optimal shade coverage is up to 54" tables for a 9' canopy and up to 72" for an 11' canopy.

Q  Can the thatch canopy be placed on any frame?
A  The thatch canopy can be applied to any 9' or 11' Galtech umbrella frame.

Q  Does the thatch canopy need to be applied over an existing canopy?
A  No, the thatch canopy is it's own canopy, there is no need for an additional canopy.

Q  How do I clean the thatch canopy?
A  Simply hose off any dirt on the thatch and air dry on the frame.

Q  What is the advantage of a faux thatch vs. a real thatch canopy?
A  The faux thatch will not rot or mildew or attract insects as a authentic thatch umbrella would.
